You won't believe how easy this is to do!
For this, you'll need:
Open up the PSP file and let's
get started.
Start a new document with
these settings:
Width = 500
Height = 400
Raster Layer Checked
White Background
Checked
Pick one of the pearls in the
PSP file, copy (CTRL+C) it and paste (CTRL+V)
into your blank document.
Resize your pearl by 25% Smart
Size.
Now you can minimize or close the
original pearls_mdh file so you can use it
later.
Go to Effects...Plugins...MurA's
Filter Meister and apply the settings below.

That's it. You're done.
Take a bow! lol
NOTE: So now
you want to try a different pearl or diamond
or whatever kind of shape. Easy...
The only settings you'll really have to fool
around with are: the Number, Shift X
and Shift Y settings. The smaller the
shape, the higher the Number setting should
be, making sure that the shapes are just
touching each other. But I encourage
you to play around with all the settings
because it's just plain fun.
Then just go crazy!
You can come up with some really great
accents. Below are a couple of
examples:
